Tunisian Interior Minster: Serious Security Threats along Border with Algeria'


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Tunis November 12 (QNA) - Tunisian Interior Minister Lotfi Ben Jeddou said on Wednesday his country is facing "serious security threats along the border with Algeria" Tunisian Press Agency (TAP) reported.

Movements by terrorists were spotted in these regions he said on the sidelines of an international seminar on justice and fight against torture.

Ben Jeddou stressed determination to carry on efforts so as to deal with these threats as seriously and vigorously as was the case before the legislative elections.

He hoped for smooth presidential elections to complete successfully the transition process according to TAP. (QNA)
