Xi Park Agree on Need to Resume Talks with Japan


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Beijing November 11 (QNA) - Chinese President Xi Jinping and South Korean President Park Geun-hye have agreed their countries should resume foreign-ministerial talks with Japan by the end of this year according to Japan Broadcasting Corporation (NHK World).

The two leaders met on the sidelines of the APEC forum summit in Beijing.

The South Korean presidential office says Park commended the talks held in September in Seoul. Japan's deputy foreign minister and his Chinese and South Korean counterparts agreed at that meeting on the need for dialogue at a higher level.(QNA)
