Kuwait- Customs foil attempt of smuggling birds via Doha port

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) The General Administration for Customs announced Saturday that an attempt to smuggle a number of birds of prey from Iran via Doha port has been foiled.

Customs workers at Doha port were able to prevent entry of a shipment containing a number of Houbara bustards and falcons into the country, Administration said in a press statement, adding that the shipment has been seized and its owner has been referred to investigation.
