U.K. Prime Minister Arrives in Australia


(MENAFN- QNA) U.K. Prime Minister David Cameron on Thursday arrived in Sydney to attend the G20 Summit, which starts on Saturday.

During his three-day stay, Cameron will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin over the Ukrainian crisis and address the Australian parliament.

In the summit, Cameron will call on the international community to take further action to combat the Ebola virus in Africa as well as the threats posed by the Islamic State militants in Syria and Iraq. He will also focus on the importance of the trade agreement between the European Union (EU) and the United States.

The summit will discuss means for the recovery of world economy and ways to address tax evasion which has dramatically worsened over the past two years.
