Qatar- QBWA to develop organisation strategy

(MENAFN- The Peninsula) The Qatari Business Women Association (QBWA) announced signing a partnership agreement with JMJ Associates, a global management consultancy specialising in developing high performing organisation and project cultures. The agreement was signed by Aisha Alfardan, Vice-Chairwoman of the QBWA, and Simon Giffin, JMJ Associates Middle East Director. The two parties agreed to strengthen their partnership to achieve a common goal of promoting the role of women and helping them build their capabilities as well as achieving the best possible performance for the QBWA. Aisha Alfardan said: "We always strive to develop our strategy and revisit our vision and evaluate our goals, we consider that the institution that doesn't perform regular review and evaluation of its strategy and objectives is weak and lacks ambition."

Giffin said: "We are absolutely delighted to have signed this partnership agreement with the QBWA to support the development of the strategy, vision and objectives."
