(MENAFN- QNA) Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi met Wednesday with Iranian Minister of Energy Hamid Chitchian.
During the meeting, Abadi voiced his government's interest in linking the country's electricity network to neighboring countries, saying that their policy is to develop ties with Iran on all fronts.
He underlined the importance of building a network of economic and social relations between Iraq and countries of the region.
