(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) President Dr. Mohammed Fouad Masum of Iraq arrived here today on a visit to the Kingdom.
At Riyadh Airbase Airport, the President of Iraq was received by Deputy Crown Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Second Deputy Premier and Advisor to and Special Envoy of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
The Iraqi President was also received by Prince Turki bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region, Iraqi ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ghanim Alwan Al-Jumaili and a number of senior officials.
Then, the Iraqi President reviewed the honor guards during a welcoming ceremony.
Dr. Masum shook hands with the members of the Iraqi embassy in the Kingdom.
Then, President Dr. Mohammed Fouad Masum of Iraq was accompanied by the Deputy Crown Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to the palace of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
The Iraqi delegation included Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim Al-Jaafari; Iraqi Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari; Iraqi Interior Minister Mohammed Salem Abdulhussain and a number of Iraqi senior officials.
