Damac's Jeddah project wins award
Luxury real estate developer, Damac Properties, has won a top industry award for the 'Residential Project of the Year' at the 'Design and Build Awards' held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Al Jawharah, an iconic 47-storey luxury residential tower on the banks of the Red Sea in Jeddah, was named the best project in the Kingdom by Construction Week magazine, a leading specialized publication in the Middle East.
Damac's Al Jawharah includes 'Damac Residences', the first Versace Home styled apartments in the country.

ADIB receives STP award
Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), a top-tier Islamic financial services group, has been named the winner of the prestigious Citibank and Commerzbank's Straight Through Processing (STP) Excellence Award for achieving a payments rate of 98.70 per cent. The Award recognises the most efficient financial institutions worldwide which meet rigorous criteria for correspondent banking and international electronic payment transfers set by Citibank and Commerzbank.

Tasneef bags Sea-trade award 2014
Emirates Classification Society (Tasneef) was honoured at the annual Sea-trade Maritime Awards in Dubai, part of Dubai Maritime Week 2014 for its contribution to the Development of the Regional Maritime Sector. The awards are presented to the best practices in safety, marine environment, port operations, maintenance, security and finance; and witnessed a dynamic participation from various companies, gulf, regional and global organisations associated with ports and the maritime industry.
