China's overseas investment to hit USD1.25t in 10 years


(MENAFN) Custom data newly released showed that China's overseas investment is forecasted to reach USD1.25 trillion in the next decade, Xinhua reported.

In the next five years, China's import of goods is projected to exceed USD10 trillion, while the number of outbound Chinese tourists will surpass USD500 million.

The Chinese president has reassured the world that China will advance opening-up at a higher standard, ensuring greater market access and increasing openness of the services sector.

"China is committed to shaping an open economy in the Asia-Pacific featuring innovative development, interconnected growth and integrated interests," he said.
