In a related development, the situation in Libya, particularly in light of the constitutional court's decision to dissolve the parliament that was elected in the country's most recent vote, was the focal point of talks today between Hamdi and Mondher Rezgui, the African Union Commissioner's representative in Libya who is currently visiting Tunis.
