Court Allows German Train Drivers to Continue Strike

(MENAFN- QNA) Germany's labour tribunal in Frankfurt said a strike by railroad engine drivers may continue for the time being.

The court has rejected an application by Deutsche Bahn, the principal railway company, seeking a court injunction to force the union representing the drivers to halt the strike, dpa reported.

The four-day strike by the GDL union has shut down most of the country's train system.
