(MENAFNEditorial) KK Designs LLC otherwise known as KKD commemorates one year in business this October 2014. It was back in October 2013 when Kate Kaschenbach Founder and CEO of KK Designs LLC decided to start her own accessories line which sells exclusively online.
"It's been an exciting year filled with lots of learning and even more fun" explains Kaschenbach. The small company started last winter with their first line of winter scarves. They had two designs one wide knit infinity scarf which comes in red black and white and one leopard print infinity scarf in a soft pashmina material. The scarves had a successful first winter selling season.
In the Spring KKD debuted their spring scarf which is a sheer lightweight chevron pattern infinity scarf that comes in mint green navy blue black and coral colors. The company followed this up with their first apparel line. For the summer season KKD launched a maxi dress which was navy with an orange and white chevron detail.
Kaschenbach says "we had such a great response from the maxi dress and hope to expand on that next summer season - with more colors and styles."
This winter KKD has another scarf to add to their growing winter scarf collection. It is a cable knit infinity scarf that comes in red black white cream and gray. "We will be in a better position this year for the big holiday selling season - which we missed most of last year. So we are excited for that!" says Kaschenbach.
