Rufi Properties plans USD190.56m projects in Dubai

(MENAFN) Rufi Properties, one of the largest property developers in Pakistan, announced it is planning to launch three projects, with an estimated worth of USD190.56 million by the end of 2014 in Dubai as well as other 3 extra projects in 2015 out of 12 projects which are under construction and planning stage, Khaleej Times reported.

Rufi, which has delivered already 180.000 units, has over 1.500 units under development in Dubai Sports City, all of which are expected to be completed between 2015 and 2017.

'At the moment we have five projects under construction and we will be launching three new projects in a month or two on which the construction will start. We are quite aggressive and positive about Dubai,' Rufi's CEO said.

Rufi Properties, which earlier this year announced signing a strategic alliance with ETC Group for Financial Restructuring and Abyat Capital for Sales Management for its Dubai Sports City projects, also said that they are about to finish two different projects within Karachi in Pakistan, as well as developing a mega project in Islamabad by the name of Waterfront Residency.
