Israel to partially reopen Karam Abu Salem crossing for fuel


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Israeli authorities will reopen partially Karam Abu Salem crossing with the Gaza Strip Monday only for fuel delivering for the residents of the Strip, Munir Al-Ghalban, director of the crossing, said in a statement Sunday.

"Israel will not allow any other commodities into the Strip except fuel," he added without giving further details.

Israel closed its crossings with the Strip, including Karam Abu Salem, alleging that a rocket had been fired from the Gaza Strip into it Saturday, however Palestinian side denied that.
