Pakistan Police: Bombing Kills Nearly 20


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency)  A provincial Pakistani police chief says a bomb blast has killed nearly 20 people near the country's eastern border with India.
Mushtaq Sukhera says the bomb exploded outside a restaurant near a Pakistani paramilitary soldiers' checkpoint at Wagah border on the outskirts of Lahore city, AP reported.
He says the death toll is likely to rise because there are over 50 people wounded, with several of them in critical condition. No one has claimed responsibility for the bombing.
