Qatar- QA celebrates oneworld membership anniversary


(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Qatar Airways (QA) celebrated its first anniversary of joining oneworld airline alliance network on October 30.

QA offered a premium three-day sale on destinations across its worldwide network, with a special offer for its Privilege Club members who can earn up to 5,000 bonus Qmiles when they fly with any oneworld partner airlines until November 30.

QA employees also marked the anniversary at Hamad International Airport where the airport's Chief Operating Officer, Badr Al Meer, and QA Chief Planning Officer, Richard Roberts, cut a cake.

This was followed by staff participation in the first visit to Doha the alliance's oneday, oneteam, oneworld training and awareness road show touring oneworld hub airports worldwide.
