Dubai's DP, ECC sign deal for USD217m project


(MENAFN) Dubai Properties announced it has appointed Engineering Contracting Company as the main contractor for its USD217.8 million Dubai Wharf project, which is a part of the Culture Village development, Arabian Business reported.

The construction on Dubai Wharf, which is currently underway, is expected to be done by the January-March period of 2017, with the project comprising of 4 towers which will have 582 residential units, 150 retail, and dining units, as well as 2,080 car parking spaces at basement level.

"We are honored to have been awarded the prestigious project of Dubai Wharf by DP. We are excited to commence construction this month and are fully committed to ensuring the project is ready for occupation by early 2017," General Director of ECC said.
