(MENAFNEditorial) (EMAILWIRE.COM, October 31, 2014 ) Jackson, MS -- This Halloween season, the famous Scruff McGruff will be teaming up with local personal injury attorney Richard Schwartz to discuss safety measures for trick or treating.
The two started out by visiting schools such as Oak Grove Lower Elementary and Hawkins Elementary School, among others. There, each child recieved a reflective bag that was recommended to use while trick or treating. Safety precautions such as staying with an adult and not walking into the street were reviewed. Schwartz and McGruff also brought it to the childrens' attention that any candy recieved on Halloween should be inspected by an adult before consumption.
Mr.Schwartz has chosen to take action after hearing about injuries that have occured on past Halloweens. As a personal injury attorney that practices throughout the state of Mississippi, he has heard of many of tragedies, and is making his best efforts for preventing any children from being the next victims.
