ARISE LIFE Skills Training Conducted In the District of Columbia

Washington DC- ARISE conducted a two day life skills training in Washington DC.  Attending this training were staff from Family Services Inc. a non-profit from Montgomery County Maryland Southwest Georgia United and Communities and Schools in Washington DC.

ARISE 2 day life skills training prepares individuals and organizational staff to become ARISE Life Skills Group Facilitators. It is designed for those with no formal teaching experience and others with lots of know-how who want to refresh their skills and continue to educate and inspire at-risk youth. The participants discovered the ease with which the ARISE formula promotes high levels of positive interaction in group setting. Participates stay engaged and successful with regular feedback as they practice conducting lesson during the training. The training consists of analyzing evaluating and using the information learned. The trainees are taught the right questions to engage the youth in interactive guided group discussions where everyone participates. Get a preview of the content of this training

Participants develop confidence using concrete strategies gained from more than 25 years of staff training and certification of over 5757 ARISE Life Skills Facilitators who have gone on to teach more than 4912000 hours of ARISE groups helping hundreds of thousands of youth gain insight into vital lessons society demands of its successful citizens.

After attending the two day ARISE Life Skills Group Facilitator Training participants  are certified to teach ARISE Life Skills Lessons to the youth at their  organization. Each year they can apply for recertification on our website.
