BOTO the Pink Dolphin is an educational game for children based on the mysterious but true story of the smart pink dolphin who swim in the Amazon River. The game created by partners in child development at Seoul National University develops Korean and English language skills – all while children happily play games and parents receive expert insights and child creativity assessments.
As children play BOTO attracting characters and following stories based on the expert researchers’ curriculum they work on six different stages of learning: pattern recognition memory and puzzle problem-solving among them. Ultimately children reimagine the story of BOTO for themselves and use the colors shapes and patterns they’ve learned while playing the pebble game putting the broken cookie pieces back together finding friends hidden under the sea or reviewing the memory objects.

Text elements in the BOTO the Pink Dolphin app are presented in eBook formats and narrations which help children to develop their reading capacity and foreign language competencies. The new version an updated 1.3 product now available in Android is available on Google Play and in the iTunes app store.
