(MENAFN- The Peninsula) QNB has been awarded the Best Affluent Card Award across all of the Middle East and Africa markets for its World Elite MasterCard Credit Card programme for private banking customers.
The prestigious award, recognising the product being the first of its kind in the MEA region, was presented at the MasterCard Innovation Forum 2014, held recently in Singapore. The two-day event saw more than 400 MasterCard partners and customers from southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa in attendance, providing a unique platform for MasterCard to promote the exchange of ideas and discuss innovations in the payments industry.
The award recognises and celebrates both product excellence and best practice in customer service amongst Middle Eastern and African based companies. It also aims to encourage companies to be service focused and to promote the importance of customer service across the region.
