Japan's services producer price to stay unchanged at 3.5 percent


(MENAFN) Japan's corporate services price index remained stable last month, official data showed. The index, called CSPI, is a measure of prices producers of services sector have to pay, QNA reported.

The index's reading was 3.5 percent, the same compared to the value of the previous month. It was also the same value forecast by the market, the bank of Japan reported.

Higher transportation costs led by door-to-door parcel deliveries and chartered buses were offset by lower magazine advertisement prices. The annual rise was 0.8 percent, excluding the impact of the April tax hike.
