(MENAFN- QNA) President of the Republic of Haiti Michel Joseph Martelly has received the credentials of HE Khamis Butti Al Sahouti as non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to Haiti.
The Ambassador conveyed during a meeting greetings of HH the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to the Haitian President and his best wishes for him of the best of health and happiness and further progress and prosperity to the government and people of Haiti.
For his part, President Martelly asked HE the Ambassador to convey his greetings to HH the Emir, wishing him the best of health and happiness and further progress and development to the State of Qatar.
He also wished HE the Ambassador success in his mission, affirming to provide him all support to further enhance bilateral relations for closer cooperation in various field.
