(MENAFN- QNA) Kuwaiti First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah has received written messages from his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov and Dutch Foreign Minister Frans Timmermans.
According to (KUNA) news agency, the two messages dealt with bilateral relations and ways of strengthening them.
