China's fiscal revenues hit USD162.6b in September


(MENAFN) The Chinese Ministry of Finance shows that the country's fiscal revenues grew 6.3 percent annually to hit USD162.6 billion in September, up 2percent compared to August, QNA reported.

Central government revenues posted USD72.98 billion, an increase of 5.9% annually, while local government revenue stood at USD89.08 billion, up 6.6 percent from the same period last year.

The pace of fiscal spending sped up. In September, national fiscal expenditures grew 9.1 percent to reach USD227.9 billion, compared to the 6.2 percent growth registered in July.

During the January-September period, fiscal revenues increased 8.1 percent to reach USD1.72 trillion, according to the ministry.
