(MENAFN- QNA) HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani today issued Emir decision No. 79 of 2014 appointing Sheikh Mubarak bin Fahad bin Jassim Al-Thani as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Serbia.
