Kingdom of Saudi Arabia participates in meetings of Regional Committee of World Health Organization in Tunisia


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency)  The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia participated here yesterday in the 61st session of Regional Committee of World Health Organization for Eastern Mediterranean along with 21 countries.
The delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the session was headed by Deputy Health Minister for Planning and Development Dr. Mohammed Khoshaim.
Dr. Khoshaim said in a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA) that the Kingdom will submit to the session its expertise in the field of protection of pilgrims from infectious diseases as it is an expertise house to other countries of the world, noting that the Kingdom has recruited nearly 75,000 doctors and nurses in the holy sites.
