After more than 20 years of producing powerful content for fantastic brands Jennifer Foster is launching her own show. Her passion for creating entertaining and compelling media coupled with her vision for raising the bar on children’s entertainment are the driving forces behind Yoga Dog.
“The goal for Yoga Dog is to create a globally trusted brand that brings yoga to kids through fun safe and effective interactive play that resonates with a “mainstream audience’” states Foster.
Yoga Dog is a 22-minute children’s entertainment program targeting the imagination emotions and mobility of 3-7 year olds. It follows the adventures of Yoga Dog an innocent fun-loving pup who discovers the imaginative world around him with the help of his friends. Together Yoga Dog and friends overcome challenges learn more about themselves interact with others and explore the exciting world around them.
“The show is for all children and will especially help those who are overweight on the spectrum and/or those differently abled. Yoga Dog’s adventures teach life skills such as self regulation emotional control and inclusion. He inspires children’s imagination emotion and mobility” describes Foster. “As the kids join Yoga Dog on his adventures they act like butterflies jump like frogs and roar like lions. This activity which helps children enhance their focus breathing and movement is directed by our in-house yoga expert Shakta Khalsa. Shakta is highly regarded as one of the Founders of the children’s yoga movement and we’re thrilled that she is on our team to make sure that Yoga Dog is as beneficial as it is fun.!”
