(MENAFN- QNA) Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Iyad bin Amin Madani met here Thursday with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany Walter Steinmeier who is on an official visit to Saudi Arabia.
The two sides discussed during the meeting regional and international issues including the situation in the Middle East, especially the situation in Palestine and the situation of Muslim communities and minorities in non-Member States and the fight against terrorism and extremism, as well as the issue relating to the phenomenon of Islamophobia.
The two sides also exchanged views on ways and means of enhancing bilateral relations between them.
