(MENAFN) Qatar Cinema and Film Distribution announced its financial statement for the January-September period of this year, which saw the company register a net profit of USD2.08 million, QNA reported.
The company said that its net profit of the nine-month period of this year has increased when compared to a net profit of USD1.97 million which was registered in the corresponding period last year.
Qatar Company for cinema and distributing films, which is known to be Qatar's principal company in the field of arts and cultural entertainment, was established in 1970 by a group of selective Qatari contributors.
