Strong Quake Jolts Iran's Murmuri


(MENAFN- QNA) A strong quake measuring 5.6 on Richter scale hit Murmuri suburbs of Abdanan City in Iran's Ilam province on Wednesday evening, leaving 19 wounded.

The quake caused a landslide that inflicted damage on several automobiles and injured several passengers, Iran's News Agency (IRNA) reported.

The wounded include four students who sustained light injuries due to stampede while they were trying to leave the school.
