Catalyzer Startup Accelerator will host Innovative Startup teams in Technology and Non-Technology space for 101 days intensive mentorship program in Hyderabad India from December 6 2014.
Catalyzer Startup Accelerator work with prospective entrepreneurs through a mentorship driven startup accelerator program based on systems theory to facilitate accelerated learning through appropriate research methodology and data analysis. Catalyzer Startup Accelerator accepts teams with innovative ideas and helps them grow by providing access to Seed Funding Office Space Mentors (usually entrepreneurs who have gone through the startup struggling phase) and connections to experts in Industry Academia and Investors; all resources startups might otherwise struggle to find.
While we are similar to others in the ecosystem in structure we are different than other accelerators in our focus. Usually the measure of a successful startup is totally attributed to the amount of funds raised. If this is the popular perspective on the startup journey the other not so well known and focused perspective of startup success is that of building the startup process and product in a robust manner.
This take on a startup does not merely look at success or failure in terms of funds raised but at the core facilitates learning for startups so they are able to turn every set back into a stepping stone towards their goal. The lesser known paradigm of entrepreneurship empowers every startup to learn how to deal with uncertainty and unpredictability.
It is a well known fact that not all startups can be and will be funded by venture capitals and angel investors. In these circumstances it is imperative that startups are self sustainable and are able to focus on their processes and build robust and efficient entities capable of growing and scaling with minimal resources. For an individual or entity to accomplish this they have to be led on the path of self discovery of their talent skill and potential in order to gain clarity about their idea and build a product or service that creates a win-win solution for all.
Startups that are able to weather unpredictability understand their own potential and ability are able to provide relevant solutions to gaps identified. At the same time they are able to build a strong portfolio that is meaningful and builds confidence among the investor community as well.
We at Catalyzer startup Accelerator and Commune believe in this self discovery and creation paradigm. Catalyzer has been successful in working with startups through this perspective. We have so far completed two cohorts of Startup 101 Accelerator program which lasts for 101 days with startups ranging from education environment technology entertainment etc.
