Hemant from Sapience talked about how he used the Indian market to test and refine his product before going global. For selling globally he used in-country sales partners/resellers. He also said that he moved to a cloud model against an on-premise model. Although there was an initial dip in the revenues SAAS model provides a good revenue pipeline.

Ambrish Gupta CEO & Founder of Knowlarity Communications delivered another motivating speech that was mainly focused on the hiring process of the startups. He explained that a startup should hire such staff that is willing to work instead of a usually chosen skilled to do a certain job well. He mentioned that as the company grows the focus should gradually shift to choosing the ones with the skills.

For Eaze Chat the event served as a good platform for its business elevation as it allowed an effective interaction with some new potential clients resellers and partners.
