Russia Wants More Control for Palestinian Reconciliation Government
(MENAFN- QNA) Russia supports the spread of the powers of the Palestinian national reconciliation government to all Palestinian territories, Russian Foreign Ministry said Monday.
The Ministry said today that Russian presidential special Middle East envoy and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov informed Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas of Russia's position during their meeting yesterday.
The meeting took place in Cairo on the sidelines of international donor conference on Gaza restoration. The two officials focused on talks with Israel. Bogdanov also informed Abbas of Russia's desire to enhance bilateral relations in the future.
