(MENAFN- QNA) The Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received a written message from Central African Republic's interim President, Catherine Samba-Panza, on Sunday on bilateral relations and ways of developing cooperation, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported.
The message was handed to Deputy Minister of the Kuwaiti Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Ali Jarrah Al-Sabah by Mohammed Qamar Ahmed, Advisor to the Central African Republic (CAR).
