Ahmedabad gets Intelligent Traffic System

The $1-million pilot project is funded by the Japan International Co-operation Agency (JICA) on a 10-km stretch on the 132-feet ring. Zero-Sum Ltd. a Japanese firm with expertise in ITS along with Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation launched the initiative on real-time traffic information in the city where 500 new vehicles hit the road everyday.
