Drone Strike Kills Four People in Afghanistan


(MENAFN- QNA) At least four suspected militants were killed following a drone strike along the Durand Line on Saturday.

According to Pakistani intelligence officials, the airstrike was carried out near the Tirah valley of Khyber Agency, Khaama Press reported.

The officials further added that several suspected militants were also injured following the drone strike which targeted militant hideouts in Cancharo Kandoa area.

According to the Pakistani officials, the village is located right on the zero-line but the area where the militants were targeted falls under the Afghan jurisdiction.

The identity of the militants killed or injured in the airstrike has not been ascertained so far.
