Barzani Kerry Discuss Assistance to Kobane
(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Baghdad October 10 (QNA) - Kurdistan Region President Masoud Barzani on Friday conducted a phone call with U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry a statement by the presidency said.
