(MENAFN- QNA) Kurdistan Region President Masoud Barzani on Friday conducted a phone call with U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, a statement by the presidency said.
The two sides discussed the violent attacks by Daesh militants on the Syrian city of Kobane and reviewed possible ways of assisting the city and defending it against the ongoing onslaught.
