(MENAFN) UAE's Nakheel posted a net profit of USD707.8 million for the first nine months of 2014, higher than the company's profit for the whole of 2013, Arabian Business reported.
The Dubai-based developer said that, it also represented an increase of 47 percent on a profit of USD481.8 million in the same period last year.
The company showed that strong revenue from property development and ongoing improvements in Nakheel's retail, leasing and leisure business performance contributed to these robust results.
During the nine months ending September 30, Nakheel added that it handed over 956 units to customers.
