Dubai: Director Farah Khan’s upcoming film ‘Happy New Year’ starring Deepika Padukone Shah Rukh Khan Abhishek Bachchan Boman Irani Vivaan Shah Sonu Sood and Jackie Shroff will premiere internationally at the Atlantis The Palm in Dubai on October 22 2014. The all-star cast will travel to Dubai to attend the glamorous premiere.
“I wrote the script of Happy New Year with Dubai in mind and the entire climax is shot around New Year’s Eve at Atlantis The Palm” says Farah. “I will always cherish shooting Happy New Year in Dubai.”
The film produced by Red Chillies Entertainments Pvt Ltd was shot at Atlantis The Palm in conjunction with Dubai Department of Tourism and Commence Marketing and Dubai Film and Television Commission for almost a month in September 2013. Atlantis was the perfect location for the grand Bollywood film. The majestic resort’s attractions brought the fun scenes to life including The Grand Lobby Nasimi Beach The Royal Beach Dolphin Bay and The Ambassador Lagoon.
