(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Algerian Defense Ministry announced Tuesday that army forces killed three "terrorists" eastern the capital.
"The operation is part of an anti-terrorism scheme, as an ambush was set in Ras Al-Miaad of Biskra State (530 kilometers eastern Algiers)," a ministry statement said.
Three AK-47 rifles, a hunting rifle and ammunition were seized during the operation, it added in its brief statement.
