(MENAFN- QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani on Thursday issued a ratification document endorsing a draft cooperation agreement on the establishment of young professionals program (YPP) between the government of the State of Qatar and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), which was signed in Paris on July 4.
