(MENAFN- QNA) HE the Minister of Culture Arts and Heritage Dr. Hamad Abdulaziz Al-Kuwari, on Thursday headed to Paris to attend the Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe, which is witnessing Qatari cultural participation beside the sporting event.
Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe, which is one of the biggest horse races in Europe, will start on Sunday.
The Qatari cultural participation this year takes a new dimension, with the participation of the General Authority for Tourism and Qatar Museums, making the it a cultural event in addition to being a sports event.
