Shaikh Humaid’s pardon demonstrates his keenness to grant prisoners a chance to begin a new life.
His Highness Shaikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain also ordered the release of a number of prisoners from Penal and Correctional Institutions to enable them to celebrate Eid Al Adha with their families.
