(MENAFN) Nakheel, the UAE-based property developer, announced it has awarded USD32.66 million contract to Dubai-based Target & Jima Construction Company, Gulf News reported.
The awarded contract is for the infrastructure work which will be done at its phase 2 of Al Furjan master community in Dubai.
Work on the project, which will involve the construction of 16 kilometers of roads and the preparation of nearly 500 third party villa plots, is expected to begin by the end of October, with and be done within 16 months, according to Nakheel.
