Omani Renaissance awards 2 contracts for Duqm construction project
(MENAFN) Renaissance Services announced it has awarded the contractors S&T and Al Hajiry two main construction contracts in the Duqm permanent accommodation (PAC) project, Times of Oman reported.
Renaissance Services and its partners said that the USD 258.94 Duqm PAC is an ambitious project of high importance, which will be part-owned by local community investors and Omani pension funds.
The project, which is set to offer houses for over 16.000 residents, will offer world-class standards of comfort, safety and environmental efficiency.
"Duqm is an important part of Oman's long-term vision, and people know how excited Renaissance Services is to get the private sector behind national ambition through the Duqm PAC." Renaissance Services' CEO said.
