Singapore's private home prices down 0.6 percent in Q3


(MENAFN) According to the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), private residential property price in Singapore declined 0.6 percent in the third-quarter period, Xinhua reported.

The dip is compared to a decline of 1.0 percent registered in the previous quarter. Meanwhile, prices of landed properties dropped 1.7 percent, following a 1.7 percent decline in the prior quarter.

Prices of non-landed private residential properties declined. In core central region, prices dipped 0.9 percent, compared to a 1.5 percent decline in the second-quarter period.
