Phonesuite Solutions Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of STL Marketing Group Inc. (STLK) and is a different and separate entity from Call Management Products Inc. ("CMP"). CMP plans creates and owns the Phonesuite brand-name items and engineering. Phonesuite Solutions is in charge of the improvement for certain key markets for CMP under CMP's brand name Phonesuite.
Vtech Telecommunications Limited (Vtech) is a subsidiary of Vtech Holdings Limited (HKSE: 303) and has confirmed a strategic alliance for the Caribbean & Latin American Region (CALA) with STL Marketing and Phonesuite Solutions. Under the agreement Phonesuite Solutionsand Vtech Hospitality will give a packaged program for the hospitality business in the region.
