(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Oman's football fans can now visit Khimji's Mart the country's largest supermarket chain to buy tickets for International Friendly Matches conducted by the Oman Football Association (OFA).
Tickets for Oman vs Costa Rica match (October 10 in Sohar at 6.30pm) and Oman vs Uruguay (October 13 in Buraimi at 6.30pm) are on sale now. Fans can buy the tickets at any of the 33 outlets of Khimji's Mart and its other retail outlets.
Abdullaziz al Muqbali star striker of the Oman football team inaugurated the official ticketing partnership between OFA and Khimji's Mart during an event held at Khimji's Mart Muttrah.
The OFA announced its partnership agreement with Khimji's Mart – retail division of Khimji Ramdas to become the ticket sales agent for the association.
Nic Cartwright commercial and communications director OFA said 'The interest in the national team tickets keep growing. We want to deliver a great service to all our fans and this means finding more places where supporters can buy their tickets. The partnership with Khimji's Mart means that our tickets will be available in a huge number of outlets. Of course tickets will still be on sale at the games but this deal will allow fans to get their tickets in advance and avoid the need to wait in long queues. We are also running raffle prizes on our new website for anyone who pre purchases their tickets.'
